Allkin Singapore, formerly known as AMKFSC Community Services, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer for its KidSTART program. Established in 1978, Allkin is Singapore’s first family service center and continues to provide transformative social services to vulnerable communities across Singapore. As part of this mission, the Administrative Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the KidSTART program, which focuses on improving the well-being of children and caregivers. Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update databases for staff and clients.
- Prepare regular reports and assist with data management.
- Coordinate logistics for the KidSTART program and manage inventory.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Take minutes during meetings and ensure timely repair and maintenance of office facilities.
- Provide general administrative support, such as processing monthly claims.

Support for KidSTART Practitioners (KSP):
- Assist in home visits and engage with children and caregivers.
- Help gather information and support assessments related to the program.
Candidate Profile:
- Educational Requirements: Minimum of a Diploma in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in office administration, human resource operations, or finance operations (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
- Passion for working with children and caregivers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
