We’re looking for a dedicated individual to join our Customer Contact Services department, where you’ll provide reservation support and member services to our valued customers.
What You’ll Do
As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers’ needs are met through both voice and non-voice interactions. You’ll primarily be handling inbound and outbound interactions from PPS customers, using various channels like phone calls, emails, chats, and PPS Connect. Your goal will be to uphold Singapore Airlines’ service excellence standards while building positive relationships with our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Serving customers via voice and non-voice channels: Providing timely and effective support across multiple platforms.
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT): Striving to meet or exceed the targets for customer satisfaction, based on an established scorecard.
- Handling escalations: Addressing any ad-hoc escalations that may be assigned by Duty Managers or Team Leaders.
- Keeping product knowledge up to date: Delivering accurate and informed services by staying on top of product offerings and updates.
- Maintaining Quality Assurance (QA) standards: Ensuring that service quality meets the established scorecard targets.
- Participating in Lighthouse activities: Engaging in regular workshops, feedback sessions, and sprints aimed at improving our services.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking applicants who are customer-oriented, team players, and comfortable with technology. Ideally, you have:
- Educational qualifications: Nitec or Higher Nitec certifications.
- Strong communication skills: Whether it’s over the phone, in writing, or through live chat, you can clearly and effectively communicate with customers.
- Problem-solving abilities: You’re adept at managing difficult customer situations with patience and empathy, and you respond quickly to customer needs.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive under pressure and adjust quickly to changes in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work shifts: Flexibility in working hours is essential.
