Role Summary

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing data and supporting various teams within the company. Your focus will be on managing external partner customer accounts, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing data systems to enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Main Point of Contact for External Partners: Serve as the primary data manager for external partner customer accounts, ensuring smooth communication and data accuracy.
• Data Mapping: Map US filtration product data to meet industry and customer standards.
• Monthly Data Deliveries: Extract and deliver monthly data files to all receivers by specified deadlines through customer portals.
• Database Management: Review and consult with the research team to address any discrepancies in the vehicle database.
• Process and Workflow Support: Work with other teams to develop new processes and workflows using strategic data analysis.
• Strategic Goal Alignment: Determine goals and priorities in collaboration with project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Optimization and Reporting: Develop and implement strategies to optimize data systems. Build dashboards and create custom reports for management and internal teams.
• Collaborative Data Analysis: Work closely with the Data Engineer to assist with exploratory data analysis and model development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: A focus in IT-related fields or Data Management is a plus.
• Industry Experience: Experience in the automotive aftermarket or related industries is beneficial.
• Project Management: Demonstrated project management experience.
• Consulting Expertise: A strong track record in consulting, particularly in data management or analytics.
