About the Role: Data Governance Analyst
In this exciting position, the Data Governance Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, security, and efficient management of PMI’s data assets. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Governance Strategy: Develop and implement policies focused on Master Data Management (MDM).
- Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations, and manage Identity Access Rights measures to protect data security.
- Data Management Tools: Utilize tools like Atlan, Profisee, and DQ to enhance and support data governance initiatives.
- Issue Resolution & Audits: Address data governance issues, conduct data quality assessments, and implement solutions to maintain data consistency and accuracy.
- Training & Collaboration: Provide training to internal teams on data governance best practices and collaborate across functions to continuously improve data management processes.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking candidates who are legally authorized to work in the U.S. and are located near either Stamford, CT or Richmond, VA. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required, with professional certifications like the Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) being a plus. The ideal candidate will also have:
- Proven experience in data governance or data management, particularly with Master Data Management (MDM).
- In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with Data Management Tools such as Atlan, Profisee, and DQ tools.
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or a related sector.

Salary Range:
- Connecticut: $94,400 - $118,000
- Virginia: $84,960 - $106,200
