As a Guest Services Officer - Telephone Operator (commonly known as Call Centre), you’ll be at the forefront of guest interactions, ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service and support. The role is perfect for individuals who are service-oriented, enjoy problem-solving, and are eager to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Delivering Excellent Service: You will provide a consistently high level of service to guests, assisting with their inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Guest Services Centre team to ensure smooth operations, contributing to the overall success of the department within the Rooms Division.
• Efficient Call Handling: As the Telephone Operator, you will manage incoming calls, ensuring that guests’ needs are addressed promptly and professionally.

Who We're Looking For:

If you possess a positive, service-driven attitude, we want to hear from you! While prior experience is not required, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:

• Minimum Qualification: G.C.E. “O” levels.
• Experience: 1-2 years in hotel or call centre operations is an advantage.
• Skills: Excellent communication, telephone, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential. Familiarity with MS Office, Opera, and PABX Systems is a bonus.
• Language Skills: Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred, but not mandatory.
• Flexible: Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
