What’s the Role About?

As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll engage with clients, standardize and transform data, configure systems, and work cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementation of our software solutions. This is an associate-level position, meaning you'll have the chance to make a tangible impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Standardization & Transformation: Standardize and transform client data into a templated format to ensure easy and smooth integration with our systems.
Configuration & Problem Solving: Configure software solutions, troubleshoot, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to solve complex issues and meet client needs.
Client Interaction: Lead customer-facing calls, develop product specs, mockups, training materials, and ensure the client’s onboarding journey goes smoothly from start to finish.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams from product, customer success, and engineering to address technical requests and solve customer challenges.
Efficiency & Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to boost team performance and efficiency.
Reporting: Provide weekly dashboard updates to senior management and keep track of issues and challenges.

Required Skills & Experience:

Data Manipulation: Experience with tools like Trifacta, Excel, or Power Query for data transformation and standardization.
Implementation Experience: At least 2 years working with software configuration, implementation, and integration.
Client-Focused: A passion for advising clients, solving real-world problems, and delivering excellent outcomes.
Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
Collaboration: Effective communicator and collaborator with internal teams.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, G-Suite Docs, and familiarity with Trifacta is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree: Or equivalent practical experience.
Growth Mindset: Hunger to learn and grow in a fast-moving, small team environment.
