What We’re Looking For
We are seeking team members who possess:
- A 10th grade education or higher, with a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- A compassionate, supportive nature that helps foster teamwork and positive relationships
- The ability to make independent decisions and work well under pressure
- A cheerful disposition and patience, especially when working with residents who may require additional care
- Excellent communication skills: Able to relate information about residents’ conditions to the care team and family members
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and principles in healthcare
No Experience? No Problem!
