What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be an essential part of our inside sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing outstanding service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing sales orders via fax, email, and telephone, verifying order details such as pricing, availability, credits, and warranty claims.
  • Maintaining customer and order information to ensure accuracy.
  • Managing email correspondence through our dedicated footwearorders@surewerx.com address.
  • Supporting the inside sales team by relaying important information to sales representatives.
  • Handling administrative duties, including filing purchase orders and updating customer records.
  • Following company policies and procedures to maintain smooth operations.
