Most wins NFL coach including playoffs: Andy Reid continues to climb list

As of January 19, 2025, Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid has achieved a remarkable milestone by securing his 300th career win, including both regular season and playoff victories. This accomplishment places him among the elite ranks of NFL coaching legends, with only Don Shula (347), Bill Belichick (333), and George Halas (324) having more total wins.

Reid's coaching career spans 25 seasons, with 14 years leading the Philadelphia Eagles and 11 with the Kansas City Chiefs. His 300 victories comprise 273 regular-season wins and 27 postseason triumphs. Notably, he is the only NFL coach to have secured 100 or more wins with two different franchises—130 with the Eagles and 143 with the Chiefs.

In terms of playoff success, Reid's 27 postseason victories place him second only to Bill Belichick, who has 31. This achievement underscores Reid's consistent excellence and adaptability across different teams and eras.

Under Reid's leadership, the Chiefs have become a dominant force in the NFL, highlighted by consecutive Super Bowl victories and a streak of seven straight AFC Championship Game appearances. His partnership with quarterback Patrick Mahomes has been particularly fruitful, with Mahomes attributing much of his success to Reid's guidance.

As Reid continues to build upon his legacy, he remains focused on leading the Chiefs to further success, with the potential to climb even higher on the all-time wins list. His dedication to the game and ability to foster winning teams have firmly established him as one of the greatest coaches in NFL history.
