Role Overview

As an ON24 Event Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional virtual events for our customers. You will manage live events, provide customer training, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth execution. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and success, making this a key position within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer training sessions prior to live events.
  • Manage and monitor live events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Perform event-related tasks, including editing content, answering technical questions, and handling administrative tasks.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and technical support to customers.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues during live events and resolve client queries promptly.
  • Support webinar and virtual event-related activities as required.
  • Be prepared to work outside of normal business hours, including weekends and holidays.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of live streaming content and virtual event tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Internet browser software, webcam setups, and operating systems (Windows/Apple).
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on high-quality work.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear, timely assistance.
  • A sense of urgency to respond quickly to client needs and resolve issues efficiently.

Compensation

  • Pay: $15.00 per hour
