Job Overview:

Position: Full-Time Service Staff
Location: Singapore
Pay Range: $2,500 - $4,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Ensure customers are enjoying their meals, addressing any issues they may encounter.
• Order Management: Take orders for food or beverages, using order slips or computers to transmit orders to the kitchen.
• Serving: Deliver food and beverages to patrons, and assist in serving specialty dishes as needed.
• Menu Knowledge: Present menus to guests, answer questions about items, and offer recommendations based on their preferences. You’ll also explain the preparation of dishes and ingredients involved.
• Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness by clearing tables or counters after customers finish dining.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
