A Day in the Life: Your Role at lululemon

In this dual-role position, you’ll serve as both an Executive Assistant to the SEA Market Director and an Office Administrator for our SEA headquarters. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Market Director

  • Managing the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organizing and attending SEA leadership team meetings, ensuring agendas, action items, and notes are up to date.
  • Coordinating the annual SEA leadership off-site, including venue bookings, catering, and logistics.
  • Handling monthly credit card expenses and special projects for the Director.
  • Ensuring seamless meeting preparations, whether on-site or off-site.
  • Acting as a strategic partner, staying attuned to the Director’s goals and supporting decision-making.

Overseeing Office Operations

  • Serving as the main point of contact for the Store Support Centre (office).
  • Managing building relationships, office repairs, maintenance, and supplies.
  • Coordinating internal events, working with the Internal Communications Team to create memorable experiences for employees.
  • Collaborating with the Finance Team to manage and allocate budgets efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:
✔️ 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior leader (e.g., CEO, entrepreneur, executive).
✔️ Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with executives and board members.
✔️ Strong tech skills, especially in Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Outlook).
✔️ Confidentiality and discretion, handling sensitive information with integrity.
✔️ Proactive mindset, capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
✔️ Excellent judgment, business acumen, and attention to detail.
✔️ A sense of humor and positive energy!
