About the Role: Technical Support Specialist
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting customers with product installation, usage, and troubleshooting. You will be the first line of support for inquiries, ensuring our clients receive the best technical assistance possible.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
✔️ Provide technical support on product installation and implementation
✔️ Investigate and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
✔️ Maintain detailed records of all support interactions
✔️ Stay updated on our products and services to provide top-tier assistance
✔️ Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Qualifications & Requirements
✔️ Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
✔️ 2+ years of technical support experience
✔️ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
✔️ Ability to train users on computer-based applications
✔️ Hands-on experience with Windows OS, VoIP phones, and network structures
✔️ Excellent communication and customer service skills
