Job Opportunity: Training Curriculum Planner

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Training Curriculum Planner, you’ll play a key role in shaping the learning and development strategy of the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing Operational Requirements: You'll work closely with teams to identify training needs and ensure that the curriculum aligns with the organization's goals.

• Designing and Developing Training Solutions: Using your expertise, you will craft training materials and courses that are engaging and effective.

• Implementing and Evaluating: After developing training solutions, you will implement them and assess their effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement.

The Challenge:

This role offers an exciting challenge! You will work in close collaboration with both internal and external agencies to drive forward the Training Institute’s pedagogical approach, ensuring it remains at the forefront of learning and development transformation.

What We Are Looking For:

To succeed in this role, we’re looking for candidates who bring:

• Relevant Education: A background in Training, Design, Learning, or Development-related fields.

• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in training or related areas is preferred, though we also welcome applicants with no experience who are eager to learn and grow.

• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
